Service Description

If you love to spin, this class is for you! We will be working on connecting our spin tricks into seamless transitions, that can be used in your training or performances. This is a great class for you if you want to learn how to connect moves and create controlled spins, while adding variations. Be prepared for different entrances and exits and finishing off with a on the pole choreo! You will get the most enjoyment out of this class if you can do these moves: Seats, Jasmine, Fire man.  Heels or bare feet welcome!
