Do I need any experience to start pole dancing?

No experience is necessary! Our beginner sessions are designed for all fitness levels. We’ll guide you through basic moves and help you build strength and confidence.

Can I take a session if I’m not comfortable in revealing clothing?

Yes. Comfort is key. While exposed skin helps with grip, many moves can still be learned wearing jogger shorts and a t-shirt in the beginning.
