Beginner Pole & Aerial Classes
Fri @ 9 AM
Ready to see what this whole pole fitness thing is? This class is for you. It is designed to teach you foundational moves that you can build on. Some moves you will likely see in this class are walk around, dip spin, pirouette, fire person spin, chair spin, secretary spin, basic climb, sit, forward fold, fan kick, hood ornament, front/back hook spin, jasmine, etc. If you don't know what any of that is, great! That is what this class is intended for.
Fri @ 10:15 AM
Ready to spin, laugh, and feel amazing? Our Intro to Pole Dance class is all about having fun while learning the basics of pole in a supportive, no-pressure space. Whether you're here for a little me time, to boost your strength, or just to shake up your routine (and maybe shake your booty), this class has you covered! You'll build core strength, flexibility, and confidence — all while having a blast. Bonus: it's great training for pole dancing and wrangling wild kiddos! No heels needed — just bring your bare feet, a good attitude, and get ready to feel empowered, strong, and maybe even a little sassy. (Heels are welcome if you'd like)
Sat @ 11:30 AM
Wed @ 10:15 AM
Thurs @ 7:45 PM
Ready to dip your toes into the wild world of pole fitness? This class is your VIP pass to all the foundational moves — think of it as Pole Dancing 101 with a side of sass. We’ll cover everything from walks and dips to spins with names so fun you’ll wanna drop them in convo (hello, fireperson spin and secretary spin). If you have no clue what those moves are yet, perfect — that’s exactly why you’re here. We’ll keep heads high, confidence higher, and maybe sneak in some conditioning for future inverts if the squad’s feeling it. What to wear? Anything that lets you strut your stuff AND shows some skin — because skin contact = grip magic. Think booty shorts or bikini-style bottoms paired with a sports bra or tank. Grip aid is welcome (Dry Hands is my BFF). Please, no long pants or sleeves unless you wanna slide right off the pole. No matter your size, color, or texture, we see you and celebrate you — because this class is for every body ready to slay.
