Looking for a stripper inspired pole dance styled class? This class is a fun sensual heel flow class that allows you to embrace your sexyness while learning to flow in your heels. Our instructors are industry workers who have experience in the clubs and on stages performing. They will help guide you through learning a pole dance routine while embracing your own sensuality in a safe non-judgmental environment. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced poler, this class is meant for you. We teach you floorwork, a dance routine, and a spin trick.
Tues @ 6:30 PM
Looking for a beginner friendly to all levels pole dance class? This is a beginner friendly up to all levels dance styled class. We offer modifications and progressions for each student as needed. You will work on a routine over a few weeks to build up seamless transitions and continuous movement. This class will leave you feeling strong, fierce, and badass. Megan’s music style tends to be more of a rock style so think Korn/Sleep Token. Low Flow in pole dance usually is a floor based class, meaning you won’t need to climb the pole. Most of the movement will be on the floor or around the base of the pole. This class tends to focus on transitions and working on seamless movement around the pole.
Fri @ 9:15 PM
Sacred Silk is Inspired by Russian strip style and rooted in modern dance technique, Sacred Silk blends structure and softness into a grounded floorwork practice. Poetic and quietly sensual, this class centers reclamation—of body, presence, and parts of the self lost along the way. Movement stays low, intentional, and honest. Expect to leave softened, spent, and more complete than when you walked in. *FLOORWORK FOCUSED* Bring Kneepads, Heels, and water.
