Hi! I’m Nicole! I’m so grateful and excited that you are checking us out.  I’m 100% here to help support you in starting your pole journey when you are ready.  No pressure. Ask questions. Let me know what I can help with. We are here when you are ready!

"My favorite place to go to when I need to turn a bad day around. The environment is so welcoming and friendly. I always leave smiling whether it’s after a tricks class, dance class or even (dare I say) the stretch class. I always leave happy and feeling good. Elisa is a boss ass instructor and Nicole is a badass owner. Love this pole studio." - Sarah L.
