Service Description
Reserve our professional studio space for your private events, workshops, or group rehearsals. Our versatile facility provides a clean, well-lit environment suited for a variety of creative and professional uses with a minimum commitment of two hours.
Cancellation Policy
Use of Space & Responsibilities Renter is renting the Studio space solely for the purpose of hosting their private event. Renter is fully responsible for all aspects of the event, including but not limited to: -Ticket sales and pricing -Guest management and supervision -Event promotion and communications -Strong Souls Studio is not responsible for event operations, attendance, or outcomes. Damage & Replacement Responsibility Renter assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to the Studio, equipment, poles, mirrors, floors, furniture, technology, or any other property occurring during the event. Any damaged or missing items must be repaired or replaced at Renter’s expense. Studio reserves the right to assess damages after the event and invoice the Renter accordingly. Cleaning Requirements Renter is responsible for leaving the Studio in the same condition as it was prior to the event. This includes, but is not limited to: Sweeping (must) /mopping floors (must be done if outside shoes were on floor) Cleaning poles and equipment (as used) Removing all trash, decorations, and personal items Failure to properly clean the space may result in an additional cleaning fee of $150. Staff Presence & Technology Use Strong Souls staff may not be present during the rental period. Any use of Studio technology (sound system, lighting, etc.) is entirely the responsibility of the Renter. Written instructions may be provided upon request, but the Studio is not responsible for troubleshooting or technical support during the event. Liability & Assumption of Risk Renter assumes all risks associated with hosting and attending the event. Strong Souls Studio is not liable for any injuries, accidents, loss, or theft related to the event for hosts or their guests. Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Strong Souls Studio, its owners, and staff from any claims arising from the event. Music Rights Responsibility: Renter is solely responsible for ensuring proper licensing, permissions, and rights for any music played, performed, or streamed during the event. This includes compliance with any applicable copyright laws and performance rights organizations. Strong Souls Studio assumes no responsibility for music usage or related violations. Compliance & Conduct Renter agrees to comply with all local laws, regulations, and Studio rules. No illegal activities are permitted. Studio reserves the right to terminate the event immediately if terms of this Agreement
